Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ClearSkin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
ClearSkin is a personal skin and habit tracking app. It allows you to log daily habits, track skin conditions over time, and view trends and insights based on the data you enter. ClearSkin is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClearSkin. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your Data

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

Health Disclaimer
ClearSkin is an informational tool for personal tracking only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The insights and trends shown in the App are based solely on data you provide and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by ClearSkin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearSkin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you within the App or by email.
